Today we are a team of 7 professionals dedicated to neuromarketing based shopper communication.

Turned to agency side in 1997

(BBDO, Publicis, JW Thompson, TBWA)

to lead multinational campaign development and -strategy for iconic brands such as KNORR, JACOBS coffee, PHILADELPHIA, NIVEA global Face Care. 

Since 2013 dedicated to shopper communication, as Client Service Director (TBWA) for GLAXO SMITH KLINE and NOVARTIS consumer brands in Europe until 2016.

Resumed working for NIVEA through pitch win in 2015.

From 2013 to 2017 responsible international Group Account Director (TBWA) for all NW European master guidelines of GLAXO SMITH KLINE' leading oral care brand portfolio: Dr BEST, ODOL-MED 3 , SENSODYNE, PARODONTAX.

Being half American, is our true English native speaker, especially valuable for global campaign development.

She is a graphic design professional with a master degree in Digital and Visual Communications.

Her long-term FMCG & shopper communication experience is completed by profound retailer campaign knowledge: besides POS communication for Heineken, Snickers, Pedigree, Sheba, Uncle Bens, Sensodyne, Dr Best, she also developed the cross-media campaign for ROSSMANN in 2018 before she joined our team in 2019.

Erich Geppert

Fully educated 3D Artist with a degree in Computer Generated Images

development from AEP Academy of Digital Arts.

He specialized in CGI for POS from the beginning of his career at TBWA and never gets tired to update his knowledge to the latest technical developments.

 

When he joined us in 2017 we were happy to add his solid competence in 3D image compositing, packshot renderings and moving images to our team.

Experienced business professional who supports our account team since 2019.

With 2 master degrees – 1 in International Management from UK and the other in Brand Communication from Brand Academy Hamburg – she has a strong background in strategy, consumer behavior and media planning.

As a native Russian speaker she adds international sparkle and competence to our team.

With his background in fashion design and campaign development for high end brands, Tobias brings rich expertise in creative beauty communication to our team, especially relevant for our personal care and lifestyle- oriented clients.

He worked for numerous multinational clients including Procter & Gamble, Beiersdorf, Mercedes Benz, GUHL at Scholz & Friends, TBWA and Select World.

He then fully stepped into shopper communication in 2014 and was part of our agency from the very first day.

First work as creative on international brand activation projects for global leading brands and firms such as JOHNSON&JOHNSON, MILKA and COCA-COLA.

Followed by a 6 year career development at TBWA‘s shopper agency, from 2015 Creative Director for GLAXO SMITH KLINE's consumer brands in Europe. Successfully pitched for leading brands such as MARS, PHILIPS, HEXAL, NOVARTIS, HOMANN, NIVEA and EUCERIN.

Strongly believes in flawless execution of the right messaging hierarchy in every single communication item to turn great ideas into a commercial success.

Wie würde Deine Tätigkeit bei uns aussehen?

 

  • Konzeption von medienübergreifenden, digitalen Kommunikations-Lösungen unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der conversion-orientierten Kanäle.

  • Strategische Vorbereitung und Unterstützung der Entwicklung digitaler Kreativideen für international agierende Marken sowie Begleitung bei der Ausarbeitung der kreativen Ideen zu Kampagnen

  • Entwicklung und Betreuung von Multi-Channel Kampagnen

  • Analyse und Ableitung relevanter strategischer und datenbasierter Insights

  • Erstellung von Strategiepräsentationen für internationale Kunden

As a digital native she has a strong passion for social media and influencer marketing.

She brings valuable expertise in FMCG packaging development with her from previous clients such as FERRERO, FUNNY FRISCH, & BÄRENMARKE..

Fluent in Albanian she adds another inspiring facet to our multicultural team and her charming personality and passion for our work is a great enrichment for the whole team.
